Sponsorship
The Southern Shore Human Resource Management Association of New Jersey is an organization dedicated to excellence in human resource management. Our members consist of human resource professionals and those who offer related goods or services. During the months of September through May, we hold monthly breakfast and dinner meetings and offer very competitive, worthwhile sponsorship opportunities for each meeting. This would be a perfect opportunity to have your company’s name and logo in front of our diversified HR Professionals. It is the only exception to our Chapter’s no-solicitation rule. While no one can guarantee the number of attendees at any meeting, on average 30 members attend our dinner meetings.
For the $200.00 sponsorship fee you receive:
- Exclusive sponsorship for that dinner meeting.
- A single sheet insert to be mailed with our monthly meeting notice and emailed to members receiving the meeting notice via email for the dinner meeting sponsored by your company.
- A location at the meeting to display promotional materials and your company banner.
- Five (5) minutes of time at the beginning of the meeting to make a presentation to the attendees.
For the $500 sponsorship fee you receive:
- Exclusive sponsorship for 2 meetings (either dinner or breakfast).
- Company logo on our sponsorship section web page with link to your company ‘s website.
- A single sheet insert to be mailed with our monthly meeting notice and emailed to members receiving the meeting notice via email for the dinner meeting sponsored by your company.
- A location at the meeting to display promotional materials and your company banner.
- Five (5) minutes of time at the beginning of the meeting to make a presentation to the attendees.
Please note:
- Payment must be received no less than five (5) weeks in advance of the meeting date.
- The sponsorship fee includes dinner for one (1) representative from your organization.
- Other representatives may attend for a $40.00/person fee (includes dinner).
There will be no refunds made once the meeting announcements have been distributed.

Other types of sponsorships may be available as well. For example, an organization may wish to sponsor a workshop or the printing of brochures or other special event. Please contact us to discuss these options.
